| 1.输送带应保持干净不得沾有油和水； 1. Conveyor belts should be kept clean and free from oil and water. 2.聚酯输送带保存时，应先检查带体的洁净度，以免未处理干净的污物在长期储存过程中损坏带体； 2. When polyester conveyor belt is preserved, the cleanliness of belt body should be checked first, so as to avoid the damage of belt body caused by untreated clean dirt during long-term storage. 3.存放时请勿粘染油脂或其他化学品于皮带上； 3. Do not stick grease or other chemicals to the belt when storing. 4.输送带存放时切勿放于尖锐物或有棱角的沙石上，以免硌坏输送带； 4. Do not place conveyor belts on sharp objects or cornered sandstones to avoid damaging conveyor belts. 5.聚酯输送带不能在阳光下暴晒，放置于阴凉处储存； 5. Polyester conveyor belts should not be exposed to sunlight and stored in a cool place. 6.储存期间应避免使皮带承受过大的重量而变形，防止机械损伤，不得过于弯曲和挤压； 6. During storage, the belt should not be deformed due to excessive weight, mechanical damage, bending and extrusion. 7.在储存和运输期间，应避免阳光直射或雨雪浸淋，保持清洁，防止与酸碱油类及有机溶剂等影响橡胶质量的物质接触； 7. During storage and transportation, direct sunlight or rain and snow should be avoided, cleanliness should be maintained, and contact with substances such as acid-base oils and organic solvents that affect rubber quality should be prevented. 8.贮存时库房温度宜保持在-15~40摄氏度之间相对湿度宜保持在50%~80%之间。 8. The warehouse temperature should be kept between - 15-40 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity should be kept between 50% and 80% during storage. |
