| 结构及加工方法与普通输送带大致相同，其接头不采用机械接头，而是用加热加压的方法硫化成整体，故又称为无接头输送带。 The structure and processing method are basically the same as that of ordinary conveyor belt. The joint does not use mechanical joint, but is vulcanized into a whole by heating and pressurizing, so it is also called jointless conveyor belt. 接头方法有三种： There are three joint methods: (1)直接硫化成环形带子； (1) Direct vulcanization into a ring-shaped belt; (2)硫化时留生头，使用时根据要求现场加热加压使接头部分硫化； (2) During vulcanization, the raw head shall be reserved. During use, the joint shall be partially vulcanized by heating and pressurizing on site according to the requirements; (3)用胶黏剂现场黏合。由于无机械接头，运行平稳，适用于选矿，化肥等部门的物料输送。 (3) Field bonding with adhesive. Because there is no mechanical joint and the operation is stable, it is suitable for material transportation in mineral processing, chemical fertilizer and other departments. |
